The Personal Tutor Role

As a Personal Tutor, referred to as a Coach, you will play a central role in guiding students through their English learning journey. This full-time position involves inspiring and motivating individuals to reach their language proficiency goals, which often support career advancement, international study, or new personal opportunities. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and effective learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with students to support their learning progress.
• Deliver personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted learning support.
• Conduct initial lessons, advising sessions, and regular progress reviews with students.
• Assist students in maintaining motivation and achieving their defined learning objectives.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and immersive English-speaking environment within the learning center.
• Support reception operations, manage bookings, and facilitate student engagement activities.
• Acknowledge and celebrate student achievements to enhance their overall learning experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
