About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance brand image and drive recommendations within the medical community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand advocacy and recommendations by visiting targeted doctors and presenting scientific value to increase prescriptions.
• Represent the brand at key medical congresses and events.
• Execute the medical visit plan using digital and physical promotional tools to deliver impactful messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sector performance, competitor activity, and prescription data to identify new business opportunities.
• Propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through CRM systems (Veeva).
• Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Previous experience in a medical representative role is highly valued.
• Deep understanding of dermatology and the ability to translate scientific information into compelling medical detailing.
• A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities within your sector.
• A focus on understanding and meeting the needs of healthcare professionals to build lasting partnerships.
• The ability to work effectively with internal teams and influence key external stakeholders.
• Strong skills in communicating value and achieving commitment from the medical community.
• A valid Saudi driving license is required.
