About the Regional Trainer Role

Medica Group, a partner in aesthetic medicine solutions and technologies across the MENA region, is seeking a dedicated Regional Trainer. This full-time position is based in Makkah, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience to deliver comprehensive clinical training and education.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Regional Trainer will be instrumental in ensuring clients and internal teams are proficient in Medica Group's product portfolio. This involves conducting clinical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific events. The role supports the integration of Medica's offerings within clinics by collaborating with Key Account Managers to identify training needs, deliver product demonstrations, and facilitate business opportunities. A key aspect is ensuring consistent knowledge transfer aligned with Medica standards.

• Schedule and execute training sessions in coordination with Key Account Managers.
• Conduct clinical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific events for clients and internal teams.
• Support Key Account Managers during clinic visits and product demonstrations to enhance clinical understanding and product utilization.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Medica products, protocols, and treatment guidelines.
• Manage the complete training cycle, from preparation and delivery to post-training follow-up.
• Promote correct product usage and combination treatments to maximize revenue.
• Ensure training materials are current and aligned with Medica standards and brand guidelines.
• Provide structured field feedback, identify training gaps, and recognize business opportunities.
• Engage continuously with Key Account Managers to execute strategies for profitable business development and gather market intelligence.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent Medica and support market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new aesthetic developments to ensure training relevance.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Medica product portfolio and its scientific principles.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on training activities, field observations, and client feedback.
• Act as a liaison between clinics, Key Account Managers, and technical teams for effective communication and customer support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and alignment with company objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life science field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic medical device or injectable industry is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering hands-on clinical training, product demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals, along with the ability to manage the full training cycle.

• Clinical training experience in aesthetic devices and injectables.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and protocols.
• Experience in product demonstrations and hands-on training delivery.
• Familiarity with market and competitor analysis.
• Proficiency in reporting and training documentation.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

Work Environment and Location
