Ariston Group is seeking a Retail & Wholesale Field Sales Executive (Junior Level) to join our team in Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual eager to support and expand our retail and wholesale business operations within the assigned territory.

Role Overview

This role is suitable for junior candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to learn, develop their sales skills, and build a professional career within a leading international brand. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, market presence, and customer relationship management across retail shops, hardware stores, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits to retail shops, hardware stores, and wholesalers within the designated area.
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and correct pricing across all assigned outlets.
• Execute promotional activities and monitor the effectiveness of in-store displays.
• Provide support to distributors by managing orders, facilitating follow-ups, and resolving on-ground operational issues.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor insights, submitting regular reports to management.
• Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the assigned sales territory.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Previous experience within sectors related to building materials or heating systems is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated motivation and eagerness to learn and develop a career in field sales.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, field-based position primarily operating within the cities of Jiddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel within the assigned region to perform daily market visits.
