Role Overview

The Room Service Captain at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences in Makkah is responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of daily banquet operations. This full-time position focuses on delivering memorable experiences for guests, coordinating the room service team, and directly attending to guests and clients of the restaurant.

Operational Management

This role involves direct oversight and management of daily room service functions to ensure efficiency and quality:

• Distribute tables and assign tasks to team members.
• Request the necessary number of cooperative members from the Cooperative Company, according to demand.
• Identify sector operational necessities and inform the supervisor.
• Follow up on procedures according to the established checklist.

Team Leadership and Coordination

A core aspect of this position is leading and coordinating the team to maintain service excellence:

• Coordinate the work of all team members to maintain consistent quality of service.
• Support the supervisor on administrative issues and team development initiatives.

Resource Management

The Room Service Captain is also involved in managing resources and materials:

• Perform the transfer of goods and materials across sectors.
• Track monthly Food and Beverage inventories.
