About the Role

United Motors Company is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves engaging with customers in showrooms, presenting new vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the customer journey from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a professional and informative experience. This includes:

• Meeting and maintaining monthly and annual sales targets.
• Greeting potential customers while adhering to company policies regarding dress code, workspace cleanliness, and timekeeping.
• Projecting and maintaining a professional image of the company and its products.
• Utilizing the Sales Kit to ensure adherence to presentation and process standards.
• Determining customer needs and requirements for specific vehicles.
• Recommending suitable vehicles and emphasizing their benefits.
• Maintaining confidentiality in all business aspects as outlined in company policies.
• Demonstrating a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.

Sales Process Management

This role involves comprehensive management of the sales process, including financial and logistical aspects:

• Checking system for vehicle availability.
• Ensuring full understanding of various financing packages, calculations, and documentation.
• Assisting customers in selecting the best financing options.
• Following up on customer financing approvals.
• Initiating orders through approved sales guidelines.
• Using the approved Customer Communication Schedule for post-sale tracking.

Post-Sale Activities

The Sales Consultant is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships after the sale:

• Implementing approved vehicle scheduling and delivery processes.
• Contacting customers three days after vehicle delivery to confirm satisfaction, remind them of their first service visit, and inform them about potential survey calls.
• Requesting referrals for other potential customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following minimum requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in understanding and explaining financing options and warranties.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, primarily involving work within United Motors Company showrooms.
