About Napco National

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to expanding the company's market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.

The Sales Executive Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales activities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to market intelligence. This full-time position involves proactive engagement with customers and close collaboration with the sales team leader to achieve sales objectives and address operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the company's full range of products to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitor activities in the area.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of planograms at customer locations.
  • Process special order requests as needed.
  • Collect invoices in adherence to the company's aging policy.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
  • Identify and report new potential customers within the area to the team leader.
  • Actively sell to all potential customers within the designated territory.
  • Manage customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader for resolution.
  • Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
  • Issue return forms for defective products, if applicable, and obtain superior approval before actual return.
  • Report any unresolvable problems or objections encountered to the team leader.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of customer account reconciliations and secure customer signatures or approvals.
  • Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Sales Executive position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals looking to start or further their career in sales within a structured environment.

Work Environment
