About the Role

Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah, supports the recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent by coordinating the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in the recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the management of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Posting job openings across various platforms and monitoring applicant responses.
  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining timely communication with candidates.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Candidate Engagement and Support

A primary focus of this role is to ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. This involves:

  • Serving as a key point of contact for candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Facilitating a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

Administrative and HR Assistance

The role also encompasses essential administrative and HR support functions related to recruitment:

  • Preparing necessary recruitment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment reports and performance dashboards.
  • Assisting with employer branding activities, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
  • Must have no employment experience within the last 6 months.
