We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah Province, for an internship opportunity. This role is designed to support our recruitment efforts in attracting and integrating top talent within the organization.

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a central role in supporting the recruitment team by coordinating various stages of the hiring process. This includes managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to contributing to an efficient talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Administrative and HR Support

• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Qualifications and Internship Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• Must have no working experience for the last 6 months.

This is an Internship opportunity based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role offers a foundational experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic industry.
