About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts, a part of Marriott International, is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join its growing team. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems to support guest comfort and operational efficiency within the hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Ensure all HVAC equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic checks on HVAC units.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot HVAC issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to established laws and company policies in all operational aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system problems.
• Knowledge of various HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform duties effectively in the designated work locations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. You will be working within a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational integrity.
