About Metâme and the Yoga Instructor Role

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for leading both group and individual yoga classes. This role involves guiding students through safe and effective Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices, with the ability to adapt sequences to accommodate different levels and abilities. The instructor will contribute to an environment that emphasizes personalized guidance and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan class themes and develop appropriate sequences.
• Demonstrate yoga postures and provide modifications as needed.
• Offer clear verbal and visual cues to guide students effectively.
• Ensure a safe and supportive studio environment for all participants.
• Introduce mindfulness and breathing techniques into practice sessions.
• Track and monitor student progress to support their development.
• Collaborate with the Metâme team to develop workshops, special programs, and wellness events.
• Maintain professional standards and uphold all studio policies.
• Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the studio.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor, demonstrating proficiency in Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices.
