Shift Leader

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking an experienced Shift Leader – Logistics to join a leading pipe manufacturing company in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a salary range of SAR 65,000 - SAR 65,400 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multinational shop floor teams effectively.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to operations.
• Attend operational meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Conduct training sessions for team members.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assess workplace safety risks and apply good HSE knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant logistics or warehouse management role.
• A degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Computer Science is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of lifting equipment.
• Experience in pipe plant warehouse management is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing work plans.
• Good HSE knowledge, with certifications preferred.

Work Environment

The role requires physical fitness to work in both indoor and outdoor GCC weather conditions. The successful candidate must be willing to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, to support continuous operations.
