Role Summary

Mövenpick Hotel Al Khobar is seeking an experienced and highly organized Chef Steward to lead the Stewarding operation. This full-time leadership position reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment readiness, cost control, sustainability, and operational excellence across all culinary and Food & Beverage areas. The role supports restaurants, kitchens, banqueting, catering, VIP events, and other F&B operations.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational risks proactively to prevent food-safety or hygiene issues.
