About Dar Rayhaan by Rotana

Dar Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking an Officer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in information technology.

Role Overview

The Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's comprehensive IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing hardware, software, networks, and security systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
Ensuring data security and implementing security measures to protect the organization's information.
Providing technical support to users and training them on new technologies.
Managing IT vendors and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven work experience of 5-10 years as an Officer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
Experience with network management and security.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certification in relevant IT fields is considered a plus.
