About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a dedicated Musanadah Mobilization Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to ensuring the seamless transition and operational readiness of facilities management contracts, from initial award through to go-live and eventual demobilization.

Role Overview

The Mobilization Manager leads all aspects of facilities management contract mobilization and demobilization. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and oversight to guarantee service continuity, adherence to contractual requirements, and efficient transitions for both new and exiting contracts. The role is critical in establishing robust operational frameworks and managing all associated project phases.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the mobilization of new contracts from the award stage through to operational go-live, ensuring service continuity and full contractual compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive mobilization plans that detail scope, resource requirements, timelines, key milestones, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Conduct thorough site due diligence and operational readiness assessments prior to the commencement of services.
  • Deliver effective mobilization training and competency programs for relevant personnel.
  • Establish and oversee project governance structures, stage-gate reviews, and reporting frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
  • Lead demobilization and contract exit activities, including asset recovery, staff redeployment, and the systematic transfer of documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or contract management is essential.
  • This experience must include at least 4 years in a leadership role for large-scale mobilization and transition projects specifically for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts.

Skills and Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, NEBOSH/IOSH, or FMP/CFM are considered advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in delivering facilities management contracts within the GCC market and its specific regulatory environment is required.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high standards in facilities management contract transitions.
