About Foodics and the Pay Expansion Executive Role

As a rapidly evolving SaaS company in the MENA region, Foodics has successfully completed three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million. We are seeking a Pay Expansion Executive to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose and Scope

This role is focused on increasing the adoption of Foodics Pay products, specifically those related to POS/cash management, within the existing customer base. The Pay Expansion Executive will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Operations, and Sales, to identify and create opportunities for customer portfolio growth. The objective is to add value to both the customer and Foodics by expanding product utilization and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Foodics Pay products to clients.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline with a strong closing rate.
• Maintain solid customer relationships, delivering high-value outcomes and ensuring growth and revenue generation.
• Close pre-generated opportunities from cross-functional teams and consult with customers on potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Understand the market landscape, align with customers on market trends and direction, and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Engage with customers, demonstrating and showcasing our products.
• Hold demos with potential customers and ensure utilization.
• Report closed wins and losses, and enhance processes for better results.
• Report and communicate periodically with the Sales Expansion Team Leader on process optimization, offers, bundling, and customer feedback.
• Call customers, schedule meetings, and stay informed of customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant studies is preferred.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in sales, pipeline, and funnel management, managing an entire sales cycle, and ensuring full-service delivery.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
• Familiarity with the different cities of the assigned country/region.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel from time to time, both within and outside the assigned area.
