Project Manager Engineering

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager - Engineering to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position holds bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of projects, overseeing all phases of planning and execution for large-sized domestic and international projects, typically valued at less than $200 million total installed cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and approved requirements.
• Manage day-to-day client contact and communication, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Supervise personnel assigned to projects through subordinate leaders.
• Potentially serve as the proposal manager for large domestic and international project proposals.
• Maintain budgetary accountability for assigned projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience is essential, with an average experience level of 20 years preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the respective industry is necessary.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will work under broad direction, leading teams and managing significant engineering projects.
