Rentokil Initial is seeking a Public Relations Officer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on managing government relations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for overseeing the company's government relations and ensuring all government-related transactions are completed accurately and on time. This role serves as a primary liaison between the company, its employees, and relevant Saudi Government Authorities, ensuring adherence to applicable labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and relevant government authorities.
• Handle and follow up on government-related transactions and requirements.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with government entities and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain effective working relationships with relevant government authorities.
• Submit, monitor, and follow up on government applications and transactions.
• Ensure that company information and employee records are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all government transactions are completed in accordance with Saudi Labor Law, immigration regulations, and applicable government requirements.
• Stay updated on changes to Saudi regulations and government procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidate must be a Saudi National.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant PRO/Government Relations experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures, labor regulations, and immigration processes.

Experience Level

This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, with a preference for those with up to 2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
