About the Sales Coordinator Role

Saleh & Abdulaziz Abahsain Co. is seeking a results-driven Sales Coordinator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position focuses on managing and expanding heavy equipment sales by developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of construction machinery spare parts and provide accurate recommendations.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support sales growth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and parts information using inventory management systems.
  • Utilize the Oracle Parts Management System for parts lookup, order processing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Achieve sales objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous experience in parts sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience using the Oracle system.

Preferred Knowledge

Knowledge of construction machinery or heavy equipment spare parts is preferred for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province.
