About the Role

Faseeh Translation Office is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in client relations and sales support within the translation industry. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in managing client interactions, processing orders, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients through in-person interactions, email, and WhatsApp.
• Manage the creation of cost estimates, send quotations and invoices, and track incoming payments.
• Forward approved translation jobs to Project Managers with clear execution instructions.
• Deliver completed translation projects to clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, printing, and document formatting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in client-facing roles and coordination is required.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, email, and CRM software.
