At Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to excellence in hospitality. We are currently seeking a dedicated Materials Storekeeper who is a Saudi National to oversee the storage and inventory management of materials within our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store materials in an organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure availability of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material orders and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the storage area.
- Prepare reports on material usage, stock levels, and shortages.
Candidate Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality is a must.
- Proven experience as a Materials Storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills Needed:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good numerical abilities.
- Physical stamina for handling and moving materials.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
