About the Role

Ahmed Basweid Law Firm is seeking Sales Representatives and Business Development Specialists to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This role is crucial for driving immediate sales and securing new deals for the firm. We are looking for individuals ready to contribute directly to our growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients interested in the firm's legal services.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present sales proposals and clearly articulate the value proposition of the firm's services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience (0-1 years) in sales or business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, effective both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve defined sales targets.
  • Demonstrated flexibility in handling client objections and converting them into successful sales opportunities.
