Are you ready to advance your career in a company committed to environmental and energy-efficient solutions? Alfa Laval KSA is seeking a dedicated Public Relation Officer based in Jubail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and acquire all staff visas and labor cards.
- Liaise with local administration and regional HR to ensure compliance with KSA Government regulations.
- Ensure timely completion and receipt of documents for visa approvals.
- Maintain optimal relations with security departments for work permits and IDs.
- Support the organization in the collection of accounts receivables when electronic transfer is not possible.
- Guide employees in renewing their visas and necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate with governmental authorities for adherence to labor laws and administrative requirements.
- Assist with marketing support, customer seminars, training, and travel arrangements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
- Understanding of KSA Labour laws.
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
