Join Dar wa Emaar as an Accountant!

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an essential part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare bills and verify sales contracts.
Adjust billing plans for all sales orders.
Prepare advance payment requests for property sales as per contracts.
Reconcile payments received with advance payment requests.
Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
Track payments to ensure they are received on time.
Generate AR reports and conduct regular reviews.

Requirements:

Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.
13 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
