Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager punctually in the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and execute upselling strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute positively to the team.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Department Head.
