Join Us as a Safety Officer at UTEC
UTEC, a market leader in power solutions within Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking a Safety Officer to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities for compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and updating of safety policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incidents, and near misses.
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote safety awareness.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records related to inspections and HSE audits.
• Participate in emergency response and investigate incidents, recommending preventive measures.
• Ensure environmental practices align with applicable laws and protective guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Kawadir certification is required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
