About the Role

Valmet is seeking a Project Manager to join its Flow Control business. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves leading the delivery of valve equipment solutions to customers across various process industries globally. The Project Manager will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual commitments, combining project management expertise with customer-focused leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from order handover through final delivery and project closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and profitability targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and documentation functions.
• Manage project changes, contract variations, customer requests, and claims while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout project execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial equipment, manufacturing, process industries, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global business environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
