About the Role

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves defining and supervising all activities related to project execution and associated service activities. The primary objective is to ensure contractual obligations are met and established targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and supervise all activities related to project execution and associated service activities.
• Ensure the satisfaction of contractual obligations and the achievement of established targets.
• Procure necessary items for project completion.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Deliver projects according to the defined plan.
• Report to the Projects Manager, who will define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 7 years of experience in an Engineering Role.
• 5-10 years of project management experience, with increasing size and scope.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of Sales or Service Operations Processes.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Commercial skills, preferably developed through negotiation experience.
• Ability to lead, challenge, and improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into management information, focusing on changes in the business environment and key performance indicator measurement.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to proactively lead rigorous corrective actions, with a results-oriented approach.
• Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, networking, and influencing.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, third-party contractors, and consultants under the supervision of the Projects Manager.
