Service Technician

About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Technician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on providing essential after-sales service and technical support for SANY equipment, both at the Dammam outlet and directly at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service and technical support at the SANY Dammam outlet and customer locations.
• Conduct equipment start-up, commissioning, inspection, and routine maintenance procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting and effectively diagnose equipment issues.
• Execute electrical and mechanical fitting, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Deliver basic training to customers and operators on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of all service activities.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues.
• Adhere to SANY’s safety procedures, technical standards, and service guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, automotive, or industrial equipment is preferred.
• A valid Saudi motor vehicle driving license is required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills.

Work Environment and Availability
