Join Napco National as a Sales Senior Executive
Are you passionate about sales and business development? Napco National, a leading Saudi company in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Senior Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the widest range of the company’s products for assigned customers following group channel guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on competition activity within the sales area.
  • Prepare and manage special order requests, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
  • Collect invoices as per the company’s aging policy.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with customers and revisit lost clients to explore opportunities for regaining business.
  • Open new accounts and ensure all valid documentation is in place.
  • Monitor and promote the use of the ECOM online platform among customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
