Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly journal entries for timely month-end closings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Review payment documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Verify and reconcile monthly payroll for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in budget preparation and support financial reviews.
- Collaborate with the finance team and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
