In this full-time role based in Dammam, you will play a critical part in achieving our sales targets by engaging with current clients and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4 years experience in sales.

مطلوب مهندس MEP للعمل في شركة متخصصة في مجال المقاولات وأعمال الديكور.
يشترط الحصول على بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية، مع خبرة لا تقل عن المسؤوليات تشمل:

  • تصميم ودراسة الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.

  • إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية وحصر الكميات.

  • الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ بالموقع وضمان مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات.

  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين خلال مراحل المشروع.

  • إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وتوثيق الأعمال المنجزة.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة مثبتة في قطاع المقاولات داخل السعودية.

  • إجادة برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل AutoCAD وRevit MEP.

  • معرفة بالأكواد والمعايير المحلية والدولية (SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA).

  • مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت والتواصل والعمل بروح الفريق.
