OCAAL is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency across its group of companies. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on integrating advanced digital tools and AI into various business functions.

Role Overview

The AI & Automation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, building, and implementing AI-powered workflows and automation solutions. The role involves improving existing processes and integrating new technologies across multiple departments to achieve smarter and more efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive processes suitable for automation or AI enhancement.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation solutions.
• Establish integrations and API connections between various platforms and systems.
• Improve HR processes, including recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding workflows.
• Automate finance, bookkeeping, invoicing, expense management, and reporting procedures.
• Create efficient workflows for content generation, social media publishing, and marketing analytics.
• Enhance CRM, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new AI and automation tools across the organization.
• Provide training and support to teams for the adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Measure and report on improvements in efficiency, time savings, cost reduction, and accuracy.
