The Role of AI Native Software Engineer Consultant

Accenture Middle East is seeking an AI Native Software Engineer Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building cloud-native solutions and designing and deploying agentic systems, particularly for enterprise environments. The consultant will be responsible for delivering concrete results by designing, building, and running AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders, serving as both technologist and trusted advisor.
• Define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust, secure, and operational agentic workflows within complex enterprise domains.
• Build AI agents by designing and deploying agentic AI solutions using RAG, orchestration, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
• Create scalable AI systems by integrating leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Google, alongside cloud-native technologies.
• Manage solutions end-to-end, including building, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving production-ready AI applications.
• Solve business problems by translating client requirements into practical AI solutions across various industries.
• Work directly with clients to support workshops, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and technical discussions, shaping AI solutions from conception to delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic systems, particularly for enterprise environments.
• Ability to think critically and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Google.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. Travel requirements may range from 25% to 75%, depending on client and business needs.
