The Role: Application Engineer HVAC

Climatech Saudi is seeking an Application Engineer HVAC to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing and supporting HVAC and air treatment solutions, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer HVAC and air treatment solutions, including system sizing, equipment selection, and preparation of technical proposals and drawings.
Provide application support to the sales team.
Respond to client technical inquiries.
Ensure HVAC designs align with project specifications, safety standards, and energy-efficiency requirements.
Coordinate with project, installation, and maintenance teams to support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HVAC applications for renewable and conventional systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC design, including system sizing and equipment selection.
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering relevant to HVAC systems integration, controls, and power requirements.
Experience with technical support activities such as troubleshooting, commissioning, and client-facing application guidance.
Exposure to software development or HVAC-related software tools (*, system simulation, CAD, or BIM) and the ability to use digital tools for design and documentation.
Hands-on experience with testing and validation of HVAC and air treatment systems to ensure performance and compliance.
Effective communication skills in Arabic.

Work Environment and Experience

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
