About the Role

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Beauty Advisor/Artist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves leveraging creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry to deliver a personalized in-store experience for customers, focusing on education and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to educate and delight clients.
Collaborate with a high-performing team to execute impactful in-store events.
Ensure the store consistently meets high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Capability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events, within a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software.
While certification in make-up artistry and/or prior retail make-up experience is desirable, applicants with amateur-level experience are also encouraged to apply.
