Role Overview: Business Development Manager

S&K HR Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is with a leading creative production company and focuses on driving new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for project sales, building client relationships, generating new leads, and securing projects related to signage, theming, branding, and fit-out solutions.

Our client is a prominent creative production company specializing in luxury retail, experiential environments, and bespoke brand activations. They offer comprehensive solutions for various project-based needs, serving a diverse client base across the region. This role is crucial for expanding their market presence and client portfolio within Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, retail brands, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare detailed proposals, and close project opportunities.
  • Achieve established monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.

Solutions and Services

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling the company's range of specialized solutions, which include:

  • Indoor and outdoor signage solutions.
  • Theming and branded environment projects.
  • Retail branding and display solutions.
  • Interior fit-out related works.
  • Custom fabrication and other project-based solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project sales or business development.
  • Preferred experience in industries such as signage, fit-out, construction, interiors, joinery, exhibitions, branding, or related project-based businesses.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for new business development.
  • An existing network within the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is essential for this role.
