Al-Bilad Co. for Consultancies & Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves transforming sales data into actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making within a leading company in the industry sector.

Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Specialist will focus on sales reporting and analysis, utilizing tools such as Power BI to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to management. The role requires a strong ability to work with sales numbers and translate them into clear, understandable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, comparing actual performance against established targets.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Extract, validate, and clean sales data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Present insights and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Automate and standardize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Power BI, including the ability to build comprehensive dashboards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
