About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Catering Coordinator to provide essential support to the Catering Managers and Directors. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and is crucial for the successful planning and execution of events, ensuring the smooth coordination of all administrative and logistical aspects of catering operations.

Role Contribution

The Catering Coordinator contributes directly to outstanding guest experiences by ensuring efficient support for catering operations. The position involves coordinating various event logistics and maintaining clear communication across departments to facilitate seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Catering Managers and Directors.
Coordinate event logistics, including menus, guest inquiries, and special requests.
Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and maintain accurate event records.
Ensure effective communication with hotel departments for seamless event execution.
Assist in planning and organizing catering functions, from corporate events to social gatherings.
Support in managing meeting room bookings and availability.
Maintain updated client information and manage follow-up actions.
Utilize catering software, such as Golden Sales and Catering, to track event details.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage teams to ensure guest expectations are met.
Assist with AV and tech coordination as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Catering or Conference Services.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proven interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including evenings and weekends.
Basic understanding of AV, telecommunications, and internet technologies.
Proficiency in Golden Sales and Catering Software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Creative flair in food and beverage proposals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. The role requires flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed to support event schedules.
