Chiller Technician

About the Role

Saudi Tabreed District Cooling Company is seeking a Chiller Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves the inspection, repair, and maintenance of chillers and related equipment to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the company's cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and checklists.
• Respond promptly to chiller-related emergencies and breakdowns, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Address faults and failures reported in plants (Chillers) through the work order system.
• Visit sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and correct faults.
• Perform prescribed standard tests to ensure that plant equipment (Chillers) operates properly according to established specifications, in coordination with Operations.
• Utilize proper spare parts to ensure the swift return of chilled water supply, especially during emergencies.

Chiller Operations and Safety

• Operate and monitor chiller control systems.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols during operations and maintenance.

Documentation and Improvement

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacement parts.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement within chiller operations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in chiller maintenance and repair.
