About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a dedicated Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations of its hospitality facilities in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across all services within the compound's hotel environment.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Compound Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of hotel operations, encompassing guest services such as housekeeping, catering, banquets, and room management. This role ensures that all hospitality activities align with Dallah Al Baraka Group's overall objectives, business plans, and established policies and procedures, thereby enhancing the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of hospitality plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the development of hospitality policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of hospitality services, facilitating professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepare and manage the hospitality/hotel budget, ensuring all unit activities are processed within assigned financial parameters.
• Lead and motivate staff to maximize performance, setting individual targets and fostering professional development.
• Plan and organize hotel services, effectively distributing work among the team to ensure efficient workflow and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all hotel facilities are consistently well-maintained and in optimal condition.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Compound Manager position should possess 4-6 years of proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, with a strong background in overseeing daily operations and guest services.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Dallah Al Baraka Group's hospitality division.
