The Consultant Role

We are seeking a Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, the Consultant will engage directly with client organizations to evaluate current performance, conduct data analysis, identify strategic opportunities, and develop practical solutions aimed at improving overall outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and workshops with client stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and presentations.
Support the development and refinement of implementation plans.
Track and report progress against agreed project milestones.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional client teams.
Contribute to the firm's internal knowledge development initiatives.
Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and thought leadership.
Manage individual workstreams efficiently and effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and client service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Consultant position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage project workstreams and collaborate effectively within client environments.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Riyadh office, requiring direct engagement with clients and team members within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
