About the Data Engineer Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data integration and processing across various systems. The role involves close collaboration with data analysts and data scientists to deliver accessible, reliable, and structured data for analysis.

Role Contribution and Team Collaboration

As a Data Engineer, you will play a central role in developing and optimizing the data infrastructure that supports our analytical capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to data-driven decision-making by ensuring data quality, performance, and accessibility. You will operate within a collaborative team environment, contributing to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of data engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
• Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to maintain data integrity.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing.
• Monitor data flow and resolve any issues related to data processing or quality.
• Document data architecture, ETL processes, and data lineage to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in data engineering, Talend, and related technologies.

Required Experience and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a Data Engineer role or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Talend for ETL process development.
• Understanding of data integration principles and data pipeline optimization.
• Ability to implement data quality and validation procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills for monitoring and resolving data flow issues.
• Proficiency in documenting technical processes and data architecture.
