About Lendo and the Role

Lendo is seeking a Digital Sales Officer to join its Commercial team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to engaging with prospective customers, understanding their financing needs, and introducing Lendo's financial solutions. The position operates within a fast-paced FinTech environment, focusing on converting inquiries into successful financing applications.

Customer Engagement and Sales Conversion

• Make high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Understand customer financing requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
• Clearly explain Lendo's financing solutions and guide customers through the application process.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
• Qualify leads and identify suitable financing opportunities based on customer needs.
• Proactively follow up with customers to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion performance.

CRM and Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
• Record all customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure customer information is complete and compliant with internal processes.
• Support accurate pipeline management and reporting.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with Customer Care, Marketing, and Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, business development, or a call center environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.
• Experience using a CRM platform (*, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial products or financial services is desirable.
