About the Role

Lean Six Search | Supply Chain Recruitment is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee the online business performance for a client in the luxury goods sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the client's online business, focusing on its growth, profitability, and overall commercial performance. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to ensure the online platform reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the e-commerce business end-to-end, including strategy, revenue, profitability, growth, and commercial performance.
• Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy in alignment with long-term business growth objectives, encompassing budgets, forecasts, business plans, and growth initiatives.
• Drive customer growth and loyalty through effective acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Lead the website and digital experience, ensuring the site's design, content, navigation, and functionality uphold the client's luxury positioning.
• Continuously optimize the customer journey by enhancing user experience (UX), website speed, search capabilities, mobile experience, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Combine strategic oversight with practical execution, utilizing commercial insight, digital expertise, analytics, and an entrepreneurial approach to establish the website as a benchmark in luxury fragrance e-commerce.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in website optimization, UX improvements, and analytics.

Location Requirements

Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate at their own cost.
