About Amentum and the Role

Amentum UK and International specializes in engineering, project management, and solutions integration, collaborating with government entities globally on complex programs. With a significant presence in Saudi Arabia, Amentum is involved in critical projects across the region. This full-time position is for an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting secure infrastructure works for a government client.

Role Overview

The Engineering Manager will support the delivery and oversight of a key infrastructure package under Amentum's Technical Services Provider (TSP) contract. This site-based role involves acting on behalf of the client to provide oversight, assurance, and technical input across all phases of the Design & Build contractor’s delivery. The manager will ensure the project meets quality, safety, compliance, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure works.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
Ensure technical compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Review submittals, RFIs, method statements, and test plans as applicable.
Participate in inspections, reviews, and quality/safety audits.
Report progress, issues, and risks to the project leadership team.
Lead multi-disciplinary coordination of design reviews and manage assurance of design compliance.
Ensure constructability, integration, and alignment with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Work closely with the Design & Build contractor, client engineers, and internal assurance teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Maintain the technical integrity of the program, ensuring high-quality engineering outputs.
Support a smooth transition into construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
