Event Manager

About the Role

Hotspot is seeking an Event / Activation Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hands-on project management position focused on delivering professional event and activation projects from initial client brief through to on-ground execution.

Role Context

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Hotspot's work encompasses a range of technical solutions, including LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations. This role requires the ability to translate creative concepts into smooth, professional executions, extending beyond traditional event planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret client requirements for projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines and execution plans.
• Coordinate effectively with technical teams, external suppliers, and venue management.
• Oversee installation, operation, and dismantling phases of projects.
• Monitor site readiness, ensure safety protocols are followed, and manage logistics.
• Ensure all projects are delivered professionally and adhere to established timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout all project stages: before, during, and after execution.
