About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations for its hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the success of all culinary activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Direct culinary operations, including the preparation and production of hotel meals, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cost controls.
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop new menus and individual menu items, incorporating current food trends and regional tastes.
Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Monitor financial performance, overseeing budget management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met and culinary operations align with hotel goals.
Optimize kitchen operations by overseeing and streamlining systems, processes, and workflows to ensure efficiency.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to drive engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, upholding the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant culinary leadership role.
