The Role of GRO Manager

The GRO Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing government relations and ensuring compliance within JD Logistics. This role involves establishing and maintaining communication channels with various government departments, conducting policy research, and facilitating project collaborations. The GRO Manager will also be crucial in crisis handling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business expansion through government affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and expand communication channels with government departments (*, postal management, commerce, emergency management) and maintain relationships through daily interactions, receptions, and research visits.
• Track government policies, regulations, and industry dynamics, analyze their impact on business, and assist in formulating response strategies.
• Integrate internal resources to advance project applications, seeking policy support, funding, and recognition.
• Provide early warning and handle sudden regulatory events, coordinating internal and external resources for crisis public relations.
• Ensure company qualifications and licenses comply with regulatory and legal requirements, assisting in responding to regulatory inspections.
• Represent the company in government meetings and activities, receive government leader visits, and prepare official documents and talking points.
• Collaborate with business departments to formulate government cooperation plans and promote the implementation of government-enterprise cooperation projects.
• Actively establish and expand contacts with government, associations, and other relevant institutions to build resource channels for company development.
• Leverage government relations to introduce business, conduct expansion cooperation in specific areas, and explore market opportunities.
• Understand company business and departmental needs to formulate and optimize government cooperation plans, collaborating closely with internal teams.
• Represent the company in important industry activities and conferences, participating in projects and research to enhance industry influence.
