The Role: HRIS & Payroll Advisor (Saudi National)

SYSTRA is seeking an HRIS & Payroll Advisor (Saudi National) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role serves as the primary contact for payroll and technical support for HR team members, leaders, and employees regarding HRIS platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local Labour Law regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HRIS software applications, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR information systems, including employee and payroll databases, to ensure continuous data accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve potential HRIS system issues in a timely manner, collaborating with the SYSTRA IT team and external HRIS vendors as needed.
  • Implement and manage SYSTRA’s new HRIS platform.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of SYSTRA’s HRIS platforms and act as the expert user/administrator for all systems.
  • Analyze data from HRIS systems to generate insights on employee performance and key HR metrics.
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide leaders with analytical insights, identify data points highlighting issues, and collaborate with HR management on potential solutions.
  • Manage the KSA payroll administration process.
  • Administer the annual Global People Survey (employee engagement survey) and conduct spot surveys throughout the year as applicable.
  • Stay updated on changes in local Labour Laws and regulations, ensuring HRIS systems comply with these changes.
  • Monitor technological advancements and trends in the HRIS field.
  • Partner with other HR professionals to enhance HR processes and systems for a more efficient and effective HR team.
  • Manage access to HRIS systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of employee information.
  • Educate and train employees on HRIS system usage and provide ongoing support as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in HRIS and payroll administration.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of local Labour Laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic global engineering and consultancy group focused on sustainable mobility.
